I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The front desk staff was rude and didn’t let my son ask questions. Plus, I paid extra for a supposed room upgrade that didn’t happen. It felt like a total scam!

The room felt a little noisy and the bathroom was a little small.

The room was spacious and had a nice layout. the AC struggled and was quite loud, which affected sleep. I noticed some leftover soap in the shower from the previous guest, and the overall cleanliness could be improved. The refrigerator in the room was convenient. The bed was comfortable, though the lighting felt dim. The gym facility was adequate, and the free coffee throughout the day was a perk. While the location was perfect for walking to attractions, a musty smell lingered in the room. The amenities had potential, but a bit of attention to detail is needed.

Very nice hotel, in an excellent location. A few blocks from Bourbon Street, but out of the nightlife. It is in front of Louis Armstrong Park and next to cafes and shops. Good breakfast!

The only bad thing is that the parking fee is $39 a day. We look for parking about 10 minutes away on foot, and we pay 10 dollars a day.

Great location with a charming old style. The courtyard and pool are lovely spots to unwind. Staff members like Darlene, Mr David, and Ms. Tracy exemplify superb hospitality—always cheerful and ready to assist. Breakfast was impressively good, though the coffee could use improvement. Room sizes felt misleading; a bit cramped with dated decor. The bathroom wasn’t up to par, showcasing neglect. An unfortunate incident outside the hotel affected my sense of safety. And while I appreciated early check-in, the billing issue for ‘incidentals’ was frustrating and unresolved promptly. Minor inconveniences aside, the hospitality shines bright. Just address the room quality and safety measures for a truly outstanding experience.

firts nigth 249+taxes=273$USA!!!!!!!!!!! (no breakfast). As I said the hotel is fine, but after 20 days sleeping all over the USA this was the highest price we paid for one night, very, very much higher than other similar (or even better) hotels and besides, no breakfast.

great staff but that bed's got altitude

The staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is varied with a lovely courtyard view that makes mornings better.

Climbing into that high bed was like training for the Olympics.
